WSET style tasting note
Appearance – pale intensity gold, showing small bubbles and tears.

Nose – clean on the nose, with a medium (+) intensity, developing, with aromas of green apple, pear, a hint of warm red cherry, and a hint of yeast.

Palate – a dry wine, with medium (+) acidity, no tannin, medium alcohol and medium body, with a medium (+) intensity, with flavours of baked apple, toast and a hint of stone fruit – apricot.  A creamy mousse, with a long persistence, and a long length.

Quality – a good quality brut, not complex, but with a good level of intensity – an everyday wine, perhaps as an aperitif.  It is a harmonious wine, with a balance between acidity and alcohol + residual sugar, with a fine mousse and a long length with a clean finish.  Great value at any point in the price range.
