Palate – a dry wine, with high acidity, no tannin but with a slightly gummy grip, medium alcohol and medium body, with a medium (+) intensity, with flavours of ripe green apple, ripe grapefruit and sweet digestive biscuit. A creamy mousse, with a long persistence, and a crisp finish on a long length.
